Is the pool heated?
No. It is open from mid-May to mid-September, for the sole use of the guests in the house.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out before 11 am. Self check-in with a key box: we send you the code 48 hours before.
Can we celebrate a birthday?
Yes, parties are allowed. Mention it in your request so we can agree on times and the deposit.
Are cleaning and linen included?
Bed linen and one towel per person are provided. A €100 cleaning fee applies at the end of the stay.
Are pets welcome?
Yes. The 5,000 m² garden is fully enclosed.

The Loing canal is a 5-minute walk away (5 bikes on site), Montargis is 15 minutes away, Fontainebleau 40 minutes, Beauval zoo 1 h 15.
